A six session coaching package (8 hours in total) which includes:
- two 2 hour sessions to establish goals and strategies for losing weight
- four 1 hour sessions to support you in achieving and sustaining change
- exploring previous successes in losing weight and reasons for regaining weight
- understanding barriers and obstacles to success
- establishing underlying reasons for weight gain
- creating a plan which you know will lead to success
Prior to undertaking this package, you will check that there are no medical issues to address and you will confirm with me that this is the case.
